Description
* Conduct detailed property inspections to identify disrepair issues and potential liabilities.
* P35 reports, Section 11's and 6.3 assessments relating to a clause within the pre-action protocol
* Prepare comprehensive reports to support legal claims and litigation processes.
* Provide expert advice on building defects and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
* Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accurate and timely case preparation.
* Manage disrepair cases efficiently, keeping all relevant parties informed of progress.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
* Attend court hearings as required to provide professional testimony.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned cases.

A successful Disrepair & Litigations Surveyor should have:
* Professional qualifications in surveying or a related field.
* Experience in handling property disrepair cases and legal disputes.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
* Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

* Confidence to provide expert witness testimony if required.
