Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the medical staffing team. As a member of the medical recruitment team, you will ensure the recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth and timely manner.
The post-holder will be based within the Medical Staffing department, working closely with the Medical HR Recruitment Leads and Deputy Medical Staffing Manager to ensure the provision of a professional, high quality, customer-focused medical recruitment service. The team is currently based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% on-site in Maidstone, in accordance with our current hybrid working policy. Travel to other KMPT locations may be required.
The post-holder will support the activities of all of the Trust’s Medical recruitment, ensuring all administrative processes are carried out in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
* Support activities of the Trust’s Medical recruitment and ensure administrative processes are carried out in a timely manner.
* Work closely with the Medical HR Recruitment Leads and Deputy Medical Staffing Manager to provide a professional, high quality, customer-focused medical recruitment service.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle recruitment processes in a smooth, timely fashion.
* Operate within the hybrid working model (home-based ~80% and on-site ~20% in Maidstone) with occasional travel to other KMPT locations.
Qualifications
* Excellent IT skills.
* Experience in a busy customer-focused environment, ideally in recruitment and/or medical staffing.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
