Our client, based in Cambridge, is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team.
Job Description
This role is central to key client relationships and so it is vital that the Client Relationship Manager is proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintaining regular, personalised contact with our client’s industry professionals, delivering frequent and relevant content and insights.
* Content Sharing: including marketing materials and other valuable resources, tailored to each stakeholder’s interests and needs.
* Identify and engage new contacts to expand our network and influence.
* Proactively secure meetings with new leads for the wider team; exploring potential collaborations and project opportunities.
* Monitor industry developments and trends, sharing relevant updates with the teams and contributing to strategic discussions.
* Feedback observations gathered through market monitoring and contact engagement to the head of department to allow them to steer the content generation strategy.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in communications and/or business development, ideally within a consultancy or technical environment.
* Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to engage clients with genuine enthusiasm and insight.
* Sufficient technical and clinical aptitude to be conversant in technical domains.
