Lutine Bell are currently supporting a Prestigious Private Bank to hire a Senior Legal Advisor to join their highly experience team in London.
This opportunity covers a variety of areas including Banking & finance law, commercial contracts, regulatory law, and insolvency/restructuring and some specific responsibilities include but are not limited too:
* Advising on lending, managing problem loans, recovery, and insolvency.
* Drafting/negotiating supplier and customer contracts
* Horizon scanning for legal/regulatory change.
Experience Required
* 5+ years PQE
* Private Banking background
* In-depth knowledge of Banking Law
* Working knowledge of Regulatory, Company, and Commercial Law
