About the role:
Our client Finova are looking for a Finance coordinator on a 2 month contract. The Finance Coordinator position involves supporting the finance team in various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth operation of financial processes. This includes managing financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable systems
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
• Facilitate communication between finance teams and other departments
Role requirements:
• Proven experience in back office finance administration
• Strong knowledge of financial management practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and capability to work under pressure
