Service Administrator or Engineering Coordinator - Security/Intruder Alarms
We are recruiting for a Security Service Coordinator or Service Manager (like you?) for a Fire and Security Company based near Swanley, with 30 years of experience supplying Electronic Security Service Engineers to commercial and residential clients. The company holds accreditations to work on Met Police, MOD, data centres, restaurants, and high-profile residences, and is currently expanding.
The team services Security systems such as Intruder Alarms/Burglar Alarms/Electronic Security. Knowledge of industry standards is essential.
The company offers a friendly, close-knit team environment in modern offices near Swanley. They are independently owned, with quick decision-making processes.
Role of a Security Service Administrator / Security Engineering Coordinator
As a Security Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include organizing Security Service Engineers' rotas and ensuring they attend sites for servicing, maintenance, and repairs of Security systems.
Applicants must have previous experience working for a security company and familiarity with URN's Intruder Alarms, ideally having worked for NACOSS/NSI accredited companies.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to take on more responsibility, with support from the Managing Director, to improve systems and procedures, or to support service engineers in administrative and coordination tasks.
