Responsibilities
* Talk to customers over the phone to identify their needs and recommend EE products and services.
* Build relationships with customers and understand their individual requirements.
* Stay motivated in a sales environment and adapt to varying calls; no two calls are the same.
* Participate in comprehensive training to confidently discuss our tech products and services.
* Work flexibly, including scheduling breaks or banking time to fit important events.
Qualifications
* No prior sales experience required; we look for resilient, driven people who can demonstrate achievement in work.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to adapt and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
