We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our highly successful and innovative client based in Guildford. This is a 9-month fixed term contract, starting in June 2024, and will be fully office based.
You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and return of kits and samples around the world, using complex licencing and import/export procedures. You will prepare all import/export and shipping documentation, ensuring all permits and licences are in place and booking shipments using the most cost-effective method. Using their email and task planners, you will monitor and action tasks, as well as deal with incoming logistic requests. In conjunction with preparing commercial invoices, you will also raise the necessary clearance documentation and work closely with the team to ensure KPIs are achieved across the board.
To apply for this role, you will need previous logistics experience and must be completely au fait with import/export and customs processes. You need to be organised and comfortable working to deadlines and possess outstanding communication skills. A good working knowledge of Excel is also required and if you have an interest in environmental concerns, that would be advantageous.
