OTE £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are looking for a Client Growth Team Leader, based in the UK, to support the Client Growth team (currently one team member). The role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on client growth and retention activities. In addition to managing and mentoring the Client Growth Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth within existing client accounts. Homeflow operates on a fully remote basis for the foreseeable future, but some travel will be required for team meetings (UK only).
Typical job tasks include:
Leadership and Team Management
* Provide coaching, mentorship and support to the Client Growth Team ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets
* Foster a high-performance culture within the team through regular 1:1s, feedback and development plans
* Monitor team performance and implement strategies to drive motivation, engagement and continuous improvement
* Act as the first point of escalation for client or operational issues, ensuring swift resolution
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with company objectives
Growth
* Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and proactively introduce relevant solutions
* Engage with clients on upgrade projects, free trials, and new developments
* Collaborate with internal teams to support build processes for existing clients
* Actively promote new products, highlighting added value tailored to client needs
* Manage and track a sales pipeline, working toward upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Contribute to revenue growth targets through upgrades, renewals, and new product trials
* Achieve 15 client MRR sales (upgrades, new product sales or free trials) per quarter
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for retention and upselling, including liaising with internal teams to pursue growth opportunities
Retention
* Monitor and manage at-risk clients, taking proactive steps to ensure satisfaction and engagement
* Resolve client issues promptly, leveraging internal resources as needed
* Work to reverse potential cancellations and maintain long-term client relationships
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Has 5+ years of experience in sales or sales-focused account management, ideally in a SaaS environment
* Has previous leadership or team management experience
* Can demonstrate a track record of being target driven, achieving or exceeding revenue targets set
* Is self motivated, always striving to go above and beyond the basic role requirements.
* Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to client interaction
* Is data-driven, able to analyse client metrics, and present insights clearly
* Demonstrates strong organisational skills, effectively managing multiple accounts and priorities
