Working Foreperson / Foreman – Aftercare & Small Works

We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated Working Foreperson/Foreman to support our client’s expanding Aftercare and Small Works team in London.

⭐ The Role
You will:
Carry out ad-hoc repairs and defect rectification to exceptional standards
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on-site
Maintain safe working environments and enforce quality expectations
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Manage digital task and reporting tools day-to-day
This role combines hands-on trade work with leadership and site coordination.
Essential Skills & Experience
Relevant trade qualification — ideally carpentry or plumbing
Strong background in maintenance and construction
Competent with hand and power tools
Full, clean UK driving licence
Able to manage tasks, materials and contractors using a handheld device
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-end residential refurbishment

First Aid at Work
PASMA
familiarity with Tradify and/or digital site management tools
