Description Ammeraal Beltech UK Ltd Job Description Job title: Personal Assistant Responsible to: UK & Ireland Cluster Vice President Ammeraal Beltech Ltd, part of the AMMEGA Group, is a global market leader in the design, manufacture, fabrication and servicing of high-quality, high-performance process and conveyor belts. We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to play a key role in providing proactive support to the Vice President of the UK & Ireland. This is a diverse role working in collaboration with other Senior Managers of the business. This role will be the key point of contact and trusted partner, ensuring smooth management of key administration functions and communications. Your main responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for the Vice President and at times supporting other senior executives with varied administration tasks, communications etc whilst ensuring important tasks and deadlines are met. Diary management and coordination of Senior Management Team holiday allocations. Scheduling meetings with 3 rd Party Stakeholders Maintaining list of companies properties and ensuring compliance and at times supporting with lease renewals Managing a number of UK & Ireland insurances Maintaining the companies vehicle list and leases. Arranging domestic and international travel, adhering to Group Travel Policy Track and follow up on action items assigned to the VP or requiring their input.
