Lead Biostatistician – EMEA
Location: Remote in the UK (Occasional travel may be required)
Duration: 6-month Contract
Are you a skilled biostatistician looking to take the lead on exciting, complex projects across the EMEA region? Our client, a top-tier CRO, is seeking a Lead Biostatistician to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is confident leading statistical aspects of clinical trials. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to study design, and guide programming and analysis to ensure high-quality outcomes for global studies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead statistical activities on clinical trials of moderate to large complexity
* Provide input on protocols, sample size, and randomisation
* Develop statistical analysis plans and review study documentation
* Oversee and validate statistical tables, listings, and reports
* Collaborate with data management and programming teams
* Support project delivery to timelines and budget
* Act as a primary contact for sponsor communication
About You:
* MSc/PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics or related field
* 2+ years’ experience in clinical trials (CRO or pharma environment)
* Strong SAS programming and statistical skills
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamworking abilities
* Organised, adaptable, and proactive
