What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning. Partner with managers to shape future talent needs. Build pipelines through apprenticeships, early careers & events. Champion compliance (right-to-work, vetting, BS7858). Deliver training, guidance & best practice to hiring managers. What we’re looking for: Recruitment/talent acquisition experience (security, fire, or engineering a bonus). Strong knowledge of compliance & UK employment law. Proactive, resilient, and highly organised. Excellent communicator with a people-first mindset. UK driving licence eligible to work in the UK. Why Pointer?
