Your Duties as Junior Car Sales Advisor will include: Greeting customers on arrival and understanding their vehicle requirements. Guiding customers to suitable cars and assisting with viewings. Conducting accompanied test drives and answering questions about the vehicles and purchase process. Handing customers over to a Senior Sales Advisor for order completion. Working closely with the sales team to meet individual and business KPIs. Experience required: Previous experience in a customer facing retail environment. A genuine passion for delivering high quality customer service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of a team. Excellent multitasking skills and a proactive attitude to learning and development. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
