A major international insurance brokerage is creating a Regional Managing Director role for the Yorkshire region, likely based in Leeds or nearby. This is a senior position with autonomy, resources, and clear backing — part of a wider UK growth plan.
You’ll lead the expanding Midlands corporate insurance proposition, recruit and develop your team, and decide how to deliver growth in a supported, structured way.

* Represent the business with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
Who this will suit
* Experienced in mid-corporate insurance
* Used to leading or building teams
* Comfortable balancing growth with risk and governance
* Either an established senior leader or a high-performing director ready to step up
