Main Responsibility
1. Designing and delivering cutting-edge E&I projects, from upgrades to full installations
2. During project delivery you’ll be working within a multi-disciplined project team, utilising your EC&I background and wider engineering experience to compliment the groups capabilities.
3. Managing contractor relationships, safety protocols, and budgets with confidence
4. Driving automation and smart control solutions that keep us on the leading edge
5. Troubleshooting complex challenges and implementing long-term solutions
6. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to futureproof our distilling excellence
Our Ideal Candidate
7. A solid background in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
8. Project management experience with the ability to juggle priorities and hit milestones
9. A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainable practices
10. Sharp problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions
11. A team-oriented mindset and the passion to make a real impact
