What you will do:
* Collaborate effectively within the multi agency child protection team to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide reports for case conferences and legal proceedings.
* Implement and manage care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Engage with children and families to build trusting relationships and encourage positive changes.
* Liaise with partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to child protection.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
As a MACH Social Worker in Redcar and Cleveland, you will be part of a busy yet well-organised team. To be successful in this role, you need to have at least three years of post-qualifying experience and must comply with MOU arrangements, including serving at least four weeks notice to your current contract. Please note that we cannot accept applicants leaving a permanent post within the last three months, and complete compliance, including the most recent references, is required.
