** Interim Payroll Projects Analyst **
Temporary role for 12 months.
Up to £400 per day outside IR35.
Based in London, hybrid working.
Catalyst Partners are pleased to be working with a well established global banking organization to source a Payroll Analyst on an interim basis to support on various payroll related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and focus on the delivery of UK/European uplift project.
* Process documentation for all Payroll related activity.
* Focus on the development and design of Payroll controls.
* Collaboration with various teams & business units for system improvements.
* Ongoing compliance work for national minimum wage & holiday pay.
* International stakeholder management.
Job Requirements:
* Strong payroll processing & governance experience (Essential)
* Exposure to UK & European payrolls (Essential)
* Exposure to French Payroll (Ideal)
* Clear track record & experience in process mapping, problem solving, analysis and project delivery for Payroll (Essential)
