The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our small and friendly team. You will lead and inspire your room, ensuring children receive high-quality care and education, and that our ethos and curriculum approaches are embedded in daily practice.
You will:
· Lead, mentor, and support your team to deliver engaging learning experiences
· Ensure the environment is nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive
· Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
· Promote independence, curiosity, and teamwork in line with our educational approaches
You will need:
· Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
· Strong leadership and organisational skills
· A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
· Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
