Operations Manager – £50,000 - £55,000 – West Midlands – Education Catering
We are working on a great Operations Manager role with a national catering provider. These are key contracts within the portfolio that requires an established catering operator who can really lead from the front.
About the position:
The role is overseeing a group of state education sites, with a mix of primary and secondary schools. The role is not for a first-time operator, due to the attention to detail required which only comes with experience. The role would suit someone with high volume education background.
This is a Mon-Fri with a 52 week contract.
Ideal Operations Manager:
A strong operational understanding in a lead catering position within education.
You will be calm under pressure, have great attention to detail and solutions focused.
Client focused in your approach and a real people manager.
An analytical approach, a head for numbers and an understanding of delivering and surpassing client expectations and stringent KPI's.
