Lumina is seeking a Solar Sales Consultant for our Residential team in Pennsylvania. You will educate customers on solar benefits through consultations using company-provided and self-sourced leads.
You will oversee the customer’s solar project from sale to post-installation, ensuring a seamless experience and representing Lumina Solar with high standards of customer service and project execution.
Responsibilities include:
* Conduct virtual or in-home solar consultations
* Deliver compelling presentations to create urgency
* Perform needs assessments with design software
* Explain technical aspects, financing, and savings
* Coordinate with permitting, operations, and installation teams
* Manage projects from sale to installation, maintaining communication
* Keep CRM data accurate and current
* Verify completion of post-installation tasks
* Build strong customer relationships for satisfaction, reviews, and referrals
* Generate leads via social media, canvassing, and networking
* Follow up on pipeline opportunities
* Attend community events and industry training
* Meet or exceed sales quotas
On your first day, you should have:
* Proven outside sales experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy
* Experience in in-home sales
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects
* A customer-focused mindset and self-motivation
* Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Ability to pass a background check
* A valid driver’s license
Compensation:
* Base of $2,500/month for four months
* Transition to 100% commission with a $2,500 monthly draw offset by commissions
Note:
* Earnings vary based on performance; this is a commission-based role
* Position requires being based in Pennsylvania and on-site consultations
