What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead workforce planning and global skills mapping initiatives
* Design and embed internal mobility and talent development frameworks
* Deliver future-focused Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies
* Develop capability pathways and leadership development programmes
* Shape and execute L&D solutions that deliver measurable value
* Partner with senior HR leaders across the group to drive consistency and innovation
* Champion data-driven performance management and succession planning
* Work with third-party providers to deliver high-impact learning experiences
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in Talent Acquisition & Learning/Development leadership
* Strategic mindset combined with operational agility—hands-on yet visionary
* Experience in a multinational or fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
* Strong collaborator, excellent communicator, and data-informed decision-maker
* Experience with workforce planning, capability mapping and modern L&D tools
* CIPD qualification or equivalent senior-level HR experience preferred
