SENIOR ASSOCIATE - 7+ PQE
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and confident employment solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Reading.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE and experience working within a well-established law firm. A desire for partnership and the ability to manage client relationships and a caseload effectively are essential. The role involves advising on a full range of employment matters.
The work covers all aspects of Employment Law, both contentious and non-contentious. Experience in both areas is essential. You will represent clients from public and private organizations as well as individuals and participate in all stages of the process. This is a fast-growing and successful team.
Applicants with demonstrated enthusiasm for business development and supervisory experience will be advantageous. You will be responsible for growing a small team, with excellent career progression opportunities towards team leadership.
