We are looking for a Safeguarding & Wellbeing Support Officer to join our growing team at t2 group, an independent training provider delivering high-quality work-based learning and apprenticeship programmes.
This is a key role at the heart of our organisation, supporting learners across our provision and helping to create a strong, positive safeguarding culture.

* Is calm, compassionate, and able to build trust quickly
* Can manage confidential information with professionalism and care
* Is committed to promoting learner safety, wellbeing, and inclusion
* Experience in apprenticeships or work-based learning is welcome, but not essential — we value the right mindset just as much as experience.
Why Join Us?
* Make a meaningful impact on learners’ lives
* Join a supportive, values-driven organisation
* Work in a role where safeguarding is genuinely prioritised
* Ongoing professional development and training
* Collaborative and welcoming team culture
Benefits
