Our client, an independent trust company, is looking to hire a Transformation Officer. This role sits within their transformation team and supports ongoing change across the business by improving processes and adopting technology. Key areas of focus include Power BI reporting, Azure Data Lakes, and introducing AI to streamline manual tasks.
Key responsibilities:
* Support transformation projects aligned with business objectives
* Assist with workflow planning and operational support
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
* Automate data pipelines to improve efficiency
* Validate data and ensure consistency across systems
* Provide training and support to users on Power BI
* Help teams adapt to new tools and processes
* Support and guide junior team members
Requirements:
* Strong technical skills in transformation and technology enablement
* Experience with Power BI and Azure Data Lakes
* Clear communication and documentation abilities
* Proactive and organised, with sound problem-solving skills
* Working towards a relevant qualification and meeting CPD requirements
* Positive attitude and awareness of risk and standards
