We are looking for a commercially focused and hands‑on Product Manager to take ownership of our EXACT Tools and Tecna Spot Welding ranges.
This is a key role within a growing business, responsible for driving product performance, supporting the sales team, and strengthening our position in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of the EXACT Tools and Tecna Spot Welding product ranges
* Driving sales growth through strong product positioning and market understanding
* Supporting and working closely with the sales team on opportunities, demonstrations, and customer engagement
* Managing supplier relationships and acting as the key point of contact
* Identifying new product opportunities and areas for growth
* Delivering product training internally and externally
* Supporting exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
What We’re Looking For
* Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, results‑driven approach
* Experience in product management, technical sales, or a similar role within engineering, welding, or industrial equipment
* Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Hands‑on, adaptable, and willing to be involved across all aspects of the role
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and drive activity
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
