The role of National Compliance Administration Officer will include:
1. Ensuring gas certificates are checked and are compliant in order to keep our customers safe
2. Checking salient points on a certificate and processing on our SAP system, contacting customers directly
3. Updating and maintaining databases when services have been completed
4. Supporting the regional teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collated, prepared and presented to ensure regulatory and other standards are continuously met or exceeded
5. Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors
6. Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints
7. Assisting with the arranging of meetings including information preparation, minute taking and follow up administration and ensuring an effective record keeping
Skills and experiences:
8. Some experience of producing and analysing quality statistical information
9. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
10. Good organisational and planning skills
11. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
12. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
13. Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
