The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
2. Logging and managing roles in our recruitment systems and trackers.
3. Seeking approval for offers and coordinating communication with candidates.
4. Assisting in interview and assessment day arrangements.
5. Supporting volume recruitment campaigns and social media advertising.
6. Managing HR portals and email queries.
7. Producing recruitment content and monitoring reviews.
8. Completing vacancy documentation and becoming a subject matter expert on recruitment systems.
9. Participating in recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Supporting broader DEI initiatives and maintaining GDPR compliance.
Your Profile
Essential Criteria
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Capable of working under pressure with attention to detail.
* Experience in similar roles or customer service environments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Enthusiastic about service improvement.
* Confidentiality and integrity.
* Flexible and quick to learn new skills.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent, and A-Levels or equivalent.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in recruitment or administration.
