As a Lead Attendant, you are the most important part of that experience. You will be responsible for our Luxe Mirror Booths, ensuring they are set up perfectly and that guests at weddings, corporate galas, and milestone parties have a seamless, fun experience. What Your Shift Looks Like: Preparation: Arrive at our Dorset base to check your kit. You’ll ensure the Mirror is clean, the DSLR is focused, the printer has enough media, and the prop box is curated for the specific event theme. The Build: You will transport the booth in your own vehicle (SUV/Estate required). On-site, you’ll assemble the Mirror, set up the backdrop, and arrange the "Luxe" prop table. You’ll need to connect the tech to local Wi-Fi or our 4G hubs for instant social sharing. The Event: You aren't just a technician; you’re a host. You’ll guide guests through the touch-screen animations, help them choose props, and troubleshoot any minor tech blips (like paper jams or lighting tweaks) on the fly. The Wrap-Up: After the final photo is taken, you’ll carefully dismantle the kit, ensuring no damage to the Mirror surface or electronics, and return it safely. Who You Are: Reliable & Punctual: In the events industry, "on time" is late. We need people we can trust to be early. Tech-Fluent: You don’t need to be a coder, but you should be very comfortable with Windows tablets, iPad apps, and basic camera/lighting equipment. Physically Capable: The Mirror Booths are heavy and stored in flight cases. You must be comfortable with heavy lifting and loading/unloading a vehicle. Professional Image: You’ll be working in 5-star hotels and luxury venues. You must be able to dress smartly (Black tie/Smart-casual) and communicate clearly with high-end clients.
