The Electrician role: Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements on mutual exchanges Voids - Repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works of void properties before they are re-let Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties. What will you bring as an Electrician? Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician, with an 18th Edition certificate and AM2, which is essential City & guild 2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing is preferrable Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role.
