Data & AI Lead - Healthcare Location: Belfast (Hybrid working) Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available) We're partnering with a leading digital consultancy looking for a Data & AI Lead to help shape and deliver large scale healthcare transformation programmes across the UK. This is a senior, client facing role combining Data & AI strategy, solution architecture, pre-sales, and delivery leadership. You'll work with major healthcare organisations to design modern data platforms and AI driven solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and operational performance. Why join? * Lead impactful healthcare Data & AI programmes * Work with senior stakeholders across national healthcare organisations * Influence solution design, innovation, and go to market offerings * Blend strategic consulting with hands on technical leadership * Join a growing, high performing Data & AI practice What you'll be doing: * Leading discovery workshops and shaping client opportunities * Designing and assuring healthcare data and AI solutions * Supporting bids, proposals, and solution development * Advising on data strategy, governance, interoperability, and AI adoption * Providing technical leadership across complex delivery programmes * Creating reusable healthcare accelerators and offerings * Mentoring and developing teams within the wider practice What you'll bring: * Strong experience in client facing Data or AI consulting roles * Experience delivering large scale healthcare or public sector data programmes * Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, integration, and analytics * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills * Knowledge of cloud, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data platforms * Experience supporting pre sales and business development activity Nice to have: * Experience working with NHS or healthcare organisations * Experience with Secure Data Environments or research platforms * Exposure to GenAI or LLM solutions within healthcare Interested?
