In this role on our Production Assembly team, you will be responsible for building and assembling key components and final products, while following precise company drawings and specifications. Responsibilities
* Assemble products following detailed instructions and company procedures
* Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines
* Inspect components and materials throughout the assembly process to maintain quality
* Perform testing on finished products according to established procedures
* Operate assembly and testing equipment, including Factory Acceptance Tester and 100‑tonne press
* Take precision measurements to guarantee accurate fitting of components
* Align and assemble materials to create more complex units and products
* Conduct final checks to ensure output meets the highest quality standards
* Maintain assembly equipment in proper working conditionAccurately record production quantities and track lot numbers
* Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts for timely resolution
* Use hand tools and soldering irons as required for assembly tasks
Requirements
* Proven background in a manufacturing or assembly line environment
* Ability to quickly adapt, learn new tasks, and troubleshoot mechanical issues
* Hands‑on experience with inline inspection of components and subassemblies to ensure high standards
* Basic IT proficiency to navigate production tools and systems
* Capable of working across multiple stages of the production process with ease
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment
