Chef de Partie EastSussex 2AA Rosettes
A Chef de Partie is required inEastSussexfor this beautiful and renowned country estate.
Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.
This stunning property is set within acres of beautiful countryside providing amazing views and is home to a 2AA Rosettes restaurant.
You must have Chef de Partie experience within a 2AA Rosettes standard environment, and without this experience we unfortunately cant consider your application.
The restaurant and kitchen have recently been redesigned with a high-spec kitchen installed so will be continuing your career in a great kitchen.

The Head Chef has an excellent, award-winning background and is passionate about the use of excellent, local produce in the creation of modern British dishes.
The kitchen is manned by an extremely dedicated and talented brigade and provides the best platform for the right candidate to really come into their own.
As Chef de Partie you will:
* Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen
* Have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen, and should be experienced in running your own section
* Be an eager Chef de Partie who is looking to settle into a role where they can develop their culinary techniques and progress within the kitchen
