The Role
We are seeking a proficient, career-minded Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team and support our continued success.
You will work under the direct supervision of our Office Manager and an award-winning Partner. This is an environment that celebrates exceptional standards, and we are looking for a professional who takes equal pride in the quality and accuracy of their work.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Support: Act as a professional first point of contact for clients, delivering a premium level of customer service.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage the accurate preparation, processing, and filing of financial documentation within a regulated environment.
• Operational Support: Assist the Partners and Office Manager with meeting preparation, and general office workflows.
• Data Integrity: Maintain internal systems and client records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Initiative: Work independently to resolve administrative tasks and support the team in delivering multi-faceted planning projects.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a proven professional background in administration. Experience within financial services, legal, or insurance sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals and corporate directors.
• Detail-Oriented: A demonstrable track record of accuracy and an understanding of the importance of getting it right first time.
• Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload using your own initiative.
• IT Literacy: Fully computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; able to adapt quickly to bespoke industry software.
• Education: GCSE Grades A–C in Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications) are required.
