Job Title: Aluminium Fabricator
Location: Retford (DN22), Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £14.75 per hour + weekly performance bonus.
About the Role
We are currently looking for Aluminium Fabricators to join our clients growing production team based in Retford (DN22) .
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position within a well-established, fast-growing manufacturing company operating from modern, state-of-the-art facilities.
This starts as a temp role with the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks.
Working Hours
Monday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Fabricating aluminium window, door, and glazing systems to specification
Reading and working from technical drawings and production schedules
Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Working collaboratively within a production team to meet output targets
Requirements
Minimum 3 years aluminium fabrication experience/ similar.
Ability to work accurately to technical drawings and measurements
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team player with a proactive attitude
Commitment to producing high-quality finished products
