Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor (2 – 4 PQE) to join their Family team.\n\nThis is great opportunity for someone who has the drive and enthusiasm to further their career, build strong client relationships and help to grow the team. Their team are experts in relation to all aspects of private family law matters, in particular financial remedy proceedings. Clients praise them for their professionalism, pragmatic advice and personal approach.\n\nSome of your duties will include:\n\nAdvise and assist clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained at all times and that the client’s aims are met (subject to professional and regulatory requirements)\n\nManage all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing payment\n\nPrepare and review legal documents ahead of hearings\n\nEnsuring compliance with all file management processes, including those related to file audits\n\nWorking as a team with colleagues in promoting the interests of Howes Percival and in undertaking their role\n\nComplying with all legislative and regulatory requirements\n\nUpdating and consulting with Senior Associates and Partners\n\nManaging client cases from start to finish\n\nA little about you:\n\nAbility to deal with s...
