Overview
Join us as a Business Improvement Lead at Siemens Energy to drive strategic and operational excellence across the Small Gas Turbines (SGT) business. Your focus will be on using SAP, Power BI, and Snowflake to optimise processes, enhance data‑driven decision‑making, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead and govern continuous improvement projects across all SGT functions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
* Analyse operational data through SAP to identify and address process inefficiencies.
* Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and track improvement initiatives.
* Integrate and analyse data from Snowflake to support strategic decision‑making processes.
* Collaborate with functional leaders to pinpoint improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Business Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Excellence role, ideally within the gas turbines, energy, or heavy engineering sectors.
* Strong working knowledge of SAP systems, particularly in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing modules.
* A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizing data effectively.
* Hands‑on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud‑based data platforms.
