Location: Swan Leisure Centre, Buckinghamshire, MK18 1AE. Working Hours/Pattern: Casual hours, covering a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts. Salary: £10 to £12.21 per hour + Excellent Benefits.

We are currently recruiting for a Health and Fitness Coach to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Inspire members to achieve their goals and deliver Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions, with the opportunity to deliver Personal Training sessions.
* Coach members on effective, outlined Health & Fitness programmes appropriate to their needs and advise on the safe use of exercise equipment.
* Create a community-oriented environment, building clubs within clubs and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
* Maintain a high level of customer interaction and assist other staff as required.
* Facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with opportunities for development and benefits such as free membership and other discounts.
About you
* Passionate and enthusiastic individual who prides themselves on delivering the best service and going the extra mile for customers.
* Good standard of personal presentation, communication and customer service skills.
* Essential: Level 3 Fitness Instructor Qualification.
* Desirable: working background or interest in the leisure industry.
