American Express is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the International Card and Risk Services Technology (ICRST) organization. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, proactive problem solving, and adaptability.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing complex Outlook calendars across multiple time zones.
2. Partnering with senior executive offices to ensure professional representation.
3. Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including complex itineraries and expense reports.
4. Supporting team and leadership initiatives, including town halls and social gatherings.
5. Maintaining confidential files and supporting global team activities.
Requirements:
* 5+ years supporting at VP level.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, Confluence, Webex, and relevant systems.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
* Experience working with global teams and managing multiple priorities.
