Contract Details
This is a maternity contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The Role
The successful candidate will coordinate the production of workshops to meet safety, quality, and production targets aligned with the company's global objectives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Accurately input information into our in-house database system.
2. Quote customers and follow up on quote/sales opportunities.
3. Negotiate with customers and suppliers to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
5. Research using various aircraft part databases.
6. Deliver high-quality customer service.
7. Manage existing customer accounts and develop new client relationships.
8. Understand component conditions, certifications, and airworthiness regulations.
9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
10. Perform other duties as required to support the administration team.
Qualifications and Experience
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
* Experience working in an aerospace engineering company.
* Knowledge of planning, monitoring, and managing workloads to meet production targets.
* Understanding of office administrative procedures.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications.
