Be experienced in maintaining high standards for food, health, and safety, and understand the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs. Spot opportunities and proactively address them, whether as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef. Focus on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef to build a strong team from recruitment through ongoing development. Be committed to fostering personal and professional growth within your team. As a forward-thinking problem solver, be able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

* Experienced in understanding the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit and stock control.
* Experienced in managing the labour costs of your team, reacting to changing demands where necessary.
