C&C Search is thrilled to be partnering with a private equity firm in their search for an Executive Assistant to support their Head of Investor Relations.

Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (4:1)
Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 DOE + benefits + bonus
Start Date: ASAP
Company culture and what makes them great to work for: This is a rare opportunity to partner with a respected senior executive as they establish and grow the Investor Relations function within a fast-paced, high-performing PE environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex diary scheduling and internal/external meetings for the Head of IR
* Coordinate investor roadshows and liaise with Limited Partners
* Act as a key contact for correspondence and communication
* Help design and implement the operational infrastructure of the IR function
* Handle sensitive information and create high-quality presentations
* Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and provide seamless strategic support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
* Ideally you will have previous experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment – finance, PE, VC, or similar
* Confident, adaptable, and driven – you thrive in fast-moving and evolving settings
* Friendly, collaborative, and resilient with a can-do attitude
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Interested in investments, private equity, or venture capital
