We specialise in delivering high-quality, compliant, energy-efficiency projects. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced Retrofit Co-ordinator & Compliance Specialist to join our team and oversee compliance, quality, and operational delivery across our retrofit programmes.
The Role
This is a senior role responsible for coordinating retrofit projects while ensuring full compliance with ECO, GBIS, PAS2035 and wider regulatory standards.
You will oversee documentation, operational processes, auditing, installation quality checks, and continuous improvement across internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage housing retrofit projects in line with PAS2035 guidance
* Oversee all compliance requirements across ECO, GBIS, Solar PV & ASHP installations
* Ensure that all documentation is accurate and audit-ready
* Work closely with contractors, assessors, installers and clients
* Supervise operational processes and implement improvements
* Ensure project delivery meets regulatory, scheme, and technical standards
* Manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
* Report compliance and operational KPIs to senior management
* Uphold high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Relevant qualifications/certifications for Retrofit & ECO compliance
Strong operational leadership skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work from the office or home when required
