About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Autism Teaching Assistant to support young learners within a warm, calm and highly nurturing educational environment in Ringwood. The school is known for its beautiful natural surroundings, inclusive philosophy and strong emphasis on holistic development. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting primary-aged pupils and helping them flourish both academically and personally. What We’re Looking For Applicants must have at least six months of childcare experience, ideally involving support for children with SEN needs. You should be patient, resilient, creative and genuinely passionate about helping children achieve their potential. Due to the rural location, the ability to drive is essential. Excellent communication skills, a positive outlook and the ability to form trusting relationships with pupils and staff are key to success in this role. Working Hours Your day will run from 8.45am to 4.45pm, supporting learning activities, encouraging independence and ensuring that pupils feel safe, confident and engaged throughout the school day.
