Our team has doubled in size over the past 12 months, and we are looking to expand further with a Paid Media Specialist in our Marketing Department.

Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to develop and execute innovative paid media strategies across digital platforms, aiming to generate new revenue and maximize ROI.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience managing multiple brands.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Create comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with our goals, primarily utilizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across various channels.
3. Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
4. Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum ROI.
5. Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Manager to align strategies and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into campaigns.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
* Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with significant experience in Google Search.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Google Ads and relevant certifications are advantageous.
