They’re building a high-calibre AI engineering team to own solutions end-to-end — from problem framing through to deployment, monitoring, and measurable commercial impact.
The Role
As an AI Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of software engineering and data science.
You’ll:
* Own AI-powered products and features from idea to production
* Turn ambiguous business problems into structured, shippable AI solutions
* Combine ML, LLMs, software engineering and MLOps into scalable systems
* Mentor others and help raise engineering standards across the AI function
This is a hands-on builder role with genuine ownership — not just experimentation in notebooks.
What They’re Looking For
* ML Engineering, Applied Data Science, or AI Engineering with significant AI responsibility
* Proven track record of shipping end-to-end AI/ML solutions into production
* Strong Python & SQL
* Experience with ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
* Hands‑on experience with LLMs & generative AI (RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, evaluation)
* Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and production reliability
* Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
