With a focus on enhancing client experience, loyalty, retention and growth. Main duties: Form and build strong positive relationships with clients and senior stakeholders Assist with the organisation of the mobilisation process for all new contracts with allmanhall suppliers, introducing and liaising with internal stakeholders Develop and deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing strategic solutions and fostering impactful relationships Ensure clients have a thorough knowledge and understanding of allmanhall from commencement and that expectations are clearly communicated and managed Organise and conduct formal client reviews and on-site supplier meetings Deliver training to clients and support them with our platforms, coordinating with the wider team as required Identify opportunities for growth within your client portfolio Provide purchasing information and cost benefit analysis, and any other agreed reporting as required by clients in a pro-active and bespoke way Assess and monitor performance at regular review meetings Manage client contracts; negotiating contract length, managing the issuing of contract and proactively obtaining signatures Ensure awareness of client-related issues at all times and assign responsibility for the resolution of client/supplier issues Ensure client information is accurately stored on our CRM system Ensure project tasks are set and followed up to completion, and actions from visits are completed Manage supplier quality control checks for each contract Actively participate in allmanhall team meetings, and support hospitality, craft days and Sales conference initiatives The Candidate Essential requirements: Excellent customer service and ability to form and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels Previous experience in account management and/or contract management for the independent education sector Excellent persuasive, empathetic and professional communication skills Strong verbal and written communication skills A fast learner with the ability to multitask A proactive and positive approach to working and problem-solving Strong administrative, organisational, time management and prioritisation skills Strong presentation skills Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Actions orientated and outcomes focussed A good understanding of catering operations and food procurement Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint A valid, full driving licence is essential for this field-based role. A monthly car allowance is part of the package Desirable requirements: Previous experience working within the food procurement or catering industry Located in the Midlands to work closely with our clients and to support with our emissions targets Commercially minded and motivated to understand our clients and our operations Passionate, dedicated and driven to succeed The Contract Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:15 (with an early finish on Fridays at 16:15). Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus monthly car allowance plus opportunity to earn circa 10% company performance-related bonus.
