Business Development Manager

Up to £60,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £100k+)
We're working with a UK leader in data-driven marketing and consumer insight services who are looking for a commercially driven new business hunter. This is a high-profile opportunity to join an ambitious team and take ownership of driving revenue growth across retail, utilities, and media.
You'll be selling a respected portfolio of solutions spanning data, analytics, insight, and multi-channel marketing services. These services enable major brands to better understand and target customers at key decision-making moments, helping them achieve measurable results.
What you'll do
* Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with major UK brands.
* Build strong consultative relationships with C-suite executives, marketing directors, and heads of insight.
* Sell high-value, solution-led data, analytics, and marketing services.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of integrated solutions.
* Contribute to the wider commercial growth strategy with new ideas and approaches.
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in new business sales with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Background in data, analytics, marketing services, media, or martech sales.
* Confident in a consultative, solution-led sales approach.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
* Resilient, commercially astute, and motivated by high-value deal-making.
Package
* Up to £60,000 base salary (depending on experience)
* Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £100k+
* Hybrid working: Milton Keynes base with client visits and remote flexibility
