We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
* Oversee food preparation and production, maintaining quality standards in line with our culinary vision.
* Train and mentor team members in serving techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality excellence.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Create and implement seasonal menus that reflect current trends while adhering to customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.
* Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
* Barista experience is a plus, enhancing our beverage offerings.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining high operational standards.

Pay: £24,420.00-£36,837.04 per year
