THE ROLE
* Deliver an elevated and personalised luxury shopping experience
* Build and nurture lasting client relationships through effective CRM and clienteling activities
* Drive sales through expert styling advice, product storytelling, upselling, and cross-selling
* Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs
* Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying the values and standards of the house
THE PROFILE
* Minimum 1 year of experience within premium or luxury retail
* Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering exceptional customer service
* Commercially minded with a strong sales focus and proven ability to achieve targets
* Confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation
* Skilled at building genuine client relationships and creating loyal customers
